How to access CU*Talk:
By dialing 1-866-423-5575, follow the prompts, entering your Member ID (account number) and then your PIN. Voice prompts will quickly take you to your desired information. User friendly menus are available to help you complete your call successfully.
All members are enrolled in CU*Talk. Your inital PIN will default to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. After you access CU*Talk for the first time, it will prompt you to change your PIN.
