This service will provide our members with yet another benefit - an on-site insurance department, dedicated to finding the best value for the protection members deserve.

This is available through a partnership with R. W. Troxell, who has been meeting insurance needs for Springfield area residents since 1887. Experience “one-stop shopping” by having a review for all of your insurance needs.

Even if you are not a member, we can still take care of all your insurance needs. We invite you to stop at our insurance center in the West White Oaks lobby to see how much money you can save on your current premiums. Our partnership with a well established, reputable company like R.W. Troxell, reaffirms our commitment to creating lasting, beneficial relationships with our members.

Reporting a Claim

If you need to report a claim during normal business hours, please contact R. W. Troxell at 217-528-7533. If you are calling after normal business hours, please contact your insurance carrier's claims department directly. To ensure that your claim is process quickly, please have your policy number and claim details available prior to calling your insurance carrier. Your insurance carrier will provide us with a copy of your claim report.
