Online Bill Pay

CU*Easy Pay powered by IPay, is an easy-to-use, feature-rich bill payment service with an abundance of flexibility that should meet the needs of all bill pay users, from the novice to the most experienced. It allows you to pay anyone who has a postal or email address. There is no fee for CU*Easy Pay.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. HCU personal checking account
  2. HCU On-Line
  3. E-statements

Note: After 3 months of inactivity, the service will be de-activated. In order to re-activate the service, the member will be charged a $25 fee.

E-Statements

Electronic Statements are the fastest and most convenient way to receive your monthly statement. You will need a computer with Internet access, HCU’s home banking (It's Me 247) and a personal email address. Each time we prepare a statement for an account that you have selected for E-Statements, we will send you an email letting you know that it's available.

Electronic statements will contain all the same information as paper statements. You will have the same opportunities to contact us about any errors or problems.

Log into It's Me 247 and click on the E-Statements button to enroll.

Text Banking

With text banking you can....

  • Send a text message command to receive text message replies regarding the balance of your savings, checking, certificates, loans, and credit card accounts.

  • Enroll in e-Alerts and receive notices regarding account balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals, or when a payment is due.

You can enroll in Text Banking by clicking on the “Go Mobile” button on the It’s Me 247 toolbar. Then select Text Banking Home to access the enrollment screens. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247). Text Banking allows you to stay better connected with your credit union!
