Reporting a Claim

If you need to report a claim during normal business hours, please contact Troxell at 217-528-7533. If you are calling after normal business hours, please contact your insurance carrier's claims department directly. To ensure that your claim is process quickly, please have your policy number and claim details available prior to calling your insurance carrier. Your insurance carrier will provide us with a copy of your claim report.
