It's Me 247 is a secure home banking application that allows 24/7 accessibility to your account information. This innovative account access service is free to all members.

Whether you're at home, in the office, or on the road, you can take care of business quickly with It's Me 247, HCU Mobile App for online banking. Download the app at the App Store or Google Play.

How to Activate It's Me 247

Request to be enrolled by calling (217)726-8877 or stop by one of our locations.

There are a few steps you will need to follow in order to fully activate your account. 

  1. Log onto hcu.org and select the "It's Me 247" tab on the top right hand side of the screen.
  2. Username: your account number.
  3. Password: Primary member's birth year (4 digits) and first two letters of their last name (caps). For example - 1980SM.
    * Your temporary password will expire in 24 hours.
  4. You will then be prompted to change your password and set three security questions for future security purposes.

Text Banking

With text banking you can....

  • Send a text message command to receive text message replies regarding the balance of your savings, checking, certificates, loans, and credit card accounts.
  • Enroll in e-Alerts and receive notices regarding account balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals, or when a payment is due.

You can enroll in Text Banking by clicking on the “Go Mobile” button on the It’s Me 247 toolbar. Then select Text Banking Home to access the enrollment screens. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247). Text Banking allows you to stay better connected with your credit union!
