How to access CU*Talk:
- Dial 1-866-423-5575 and follow the prompts (All members are enrolled in CU*Talk)
- Entering your Member ID (account number) and then your PIN (last 4 digits of your Social Security Number)
- After you access CU*Talk for the first time, it will prompt you to change your PIN.
Voice prompts will quickly take you to your desired information. User friendly menus are available to help you complete your call successfully.
