- ELIGIBILITY – Participation is limited to eligible people who are 18 years or older. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion period begins 05/01/2026 through 05/31/2026 and applies to entries actually received by Heartland Credit Union during this period. Heartland Credit Union will notify all winners. If any prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be chosen. Employees, officers, directors of Heartland Credit Union and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses) and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible.
- PRIZES – Heartland Credit Union will award a $1,000 cash prize to the 1 winner.
- HOW TO ENTER – Subscribe to eStatements. One entry per person. Mail in entries: 2213 West White Oaks Drive, Springfield, IL 62704.
- WINNER SELECTIONS – One winners will be selected on 06/02/2026 at random from eligible entries. The selection of a prize winner here under will be final. Selected winners will be notified by telephone. In the event a selected winner is unreachable within seven days or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may or may not be selected from the remaining eligible entries. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted by the winner. No cash or other considerations will be paid. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
- CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION – Heartland Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Campaign and acceptance of a prize. *NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Limit one (1) entry per membership. Two (2) separate $1,000 prizes will be awarded. Members enrolled in eStatements before September 1, 2026, will automatically be entered into one drawing for a $1,000 prize. Members who enroll in eStatements, enroll in online banking if necessary, and accept the eStatement agreement between September 1, 2026, and October 31, 2026, will be entered into a separate drawing for a $1,000 prize. One (1) winner will be selected from each eligible group through random drawings conducted by Heartland Credit Union on or about November 2, 2026. Winners will be notified by phone. Prize funds will be deposited into each winner’s Regular Savings account by November 7, 2026. At the time of payment, the membership must remain open and in good standing, and the eStatement agreement must remain accepted. The primary account holder will be considered the winner for joint accounts. Recipients are responsible for all applicable tax reporting. Odds of winning vary based on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Offer is nontransferable and void where prohibited.
