In the event interest rates increase, the BUMP UP Certificate option allows members to ‘bump’ their rate to a higher rate without a fee or penalty during the term of the certificate. The BUMP UP option is available for 12, 24, 36, and 48 months certificates. Members with a 12 or 24 month BUMP UP Certificate will have the opportunity to bump their rate once during the term of the certificate.
